Nthando Thandiwe is a budget and policy analyst and joined the Pittsburgh Budget and Policy Center in 2020.
He completed his master’s in public policy from Carnegie Mellon University while interning with the Pittsburgh Department of City Planning. He is passionate about policies that promote economic justice and racial equity. Before joining PBPC he was a Peace Corps volunteer in Morocco where he spearheaded various initiatives, including small businesses and youth development.
He is a native of Atlanta, GA, and currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA.
