KRC’s new report, “The State of Rural Pennsylvania,” reveals good news and bad news for the 28% of Pennsylvanians who live outside the state’s metropolitan areas. The policy message from this report is that, even more than urban Pennsylvania, rural Pennsylvania needs an explicit economic plan to promote sustained prosperity and opportunity.
