KRC’s report, “The State of Rural Pennsylvania,” reveals both good and bad news for the 28% of Pennsylvanians who live outside the state’s metropolitan areas. In this report we find that even more than urban Pennsylvania, rural Pennsylvania needs an explicit economic plan to promote sustained prosperity and opportunity.
