The Pennsylvania House of Representative passed legislation (HB 440) that begins to close some of the most egregious corporate tax loopholes.The Pennsylvania Senate should take this opportunity to adopt a strong addback bill , which could restore balance to Pennsylvania’s business tax reform efforts by using revenue as partial repayment for tax cuts already enacted between 2003 and 2012.
