In this Reports and Briefing Papers, we analyze the August 2011 Jobs Report and detail how the weaknesses we are seeing in the national economy are being felt here in Pennsylvania. We argue that the August report clearly demonstrates the need for a jobs plan to meet the vast challenges our economy currently faces.
