This report provides PBPC’s analysis of Governor Wolf’s proposed budget for 2017-18. We argue that the governor’s budget invests too little in public goods and asks the wealthiest citizens and corporations to contribute too little to our Commonwealth.
Gov. Tom Wolf presented his 2017-18 State Budget Proposal on February 7, 2017. The Pennsylvania Budget and Policy Center will be posting analysis, infographics, and related documents on this page as they become available.
