On September 27, 2023, the Keystone Research Center released “Construction Past and Present – And How We Build Forward in Pennsylvania” a Pennsylvania-focused report based on a book sparked by Keystone Research Center’s project the “Future of Work” entitled The Way We Build: Restoring Dignity to Construction Work written by Mark Erlich, a former Executive Secretary-Treasurer of the New England Regional Council of Carpenters who is currently a Fellow at Harvard Law School’s Center for Labor and A Just Economy.
